The Fourth Trimester Consultation is designed to facilitate this proactivity and is a personalized meeting that takes place in the privacy of your home in your second trimester. Together we identify your personal risk factors, planfully collaborate to organize your existing support system and personal set of resources, and from there identify the gaps in care. Often times connection with a mental health provider, an increasing social support and setting realistic expectations may be all that is needed to more fully enjoy your postpartum experience.
Consultations are 2.5 hours in length and cost $250. Included in the cost are referrals for postpartum doulas and/or other postpartum care providers.
